Orders are sent in discreet outer packaging without product names, pictures or advertising for intimate products. Only information needed for delivery and legal requirements is shown.

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Submit a clear declaration within that period. Send the goods back no later than 14 days after the declaration and keep proof of dispatch.

An exception may apply to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons when the protective packaging was opened after receipt. The intimate-product category alone does not remove the right of withdrawal. With an intact, unopened hygiene seal, the right remains unless another legal exception applies. Rights concerning faulty goods are unaffected.

For ordinary withdrawal within 14 days, the customer pays direct return costs, provided the customer was properly informed of this before purchase. The store bears justified return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods to the extent required by law.

For valid withdrawal, we refund payments, including the cheapest standard original delivery cost to the extent required by law, no later than 14 days after receiving the declaration. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. We normally use the original payment method.

Email info@ero24.ee as soon as possible with the order number, a description of the problem and photos if available. Complaints are handled separately from ordinary withdrawal; the hygiene exception does not remove rights concerning faulty goods.
